Other accessories are charged according to retailer prices + costs.

Damages can also be charged according to the official repair estimate of the auto repair shop if the costs exceed the price listed here (max. the selected deductible).

Customers have the right to get the vehicle repaired at their own cost in an auto repair shop approved by an insurance company, but this must be agreed upon beforehand.

Third-party damages are charged according to the actual costs (max. the selected deductible).

Damages and costs are also charged according to the official repair estimate, it the customer’s actions are illegal or in breach of the Rental Terms.

In addition to the repair costs, a processing fee of 70 €/damage is charged.
